Worst Internet ever with Speed, Service

Sincere request - Please do not buy Tikona broadband connection. Purchased Tikona 4G plan where they promised 4MB speed.

Only for first 2 - 3 days got the speed around 3MB but later connecting to the internet itself was kind of miracle.

Whenever I contacted got the same response saying its technical issue & require 24 hours for resolution. But never got the speed as committed.

Now asked for cancellation & refund. Hope they will refund.
