I took this connection in the last week of June 2013 and could have hardly used it for a month. From 6th August 2013 my Tikona internet connection stopped working and it has been now 40 days, still my connection is in a dead state.
I really do not know whether they are facing a genuine problem or is this a simple mockery with their customers. It is really unbelievable that their infrastructure is full of holes that if one of their towers stops working the following customers gets affected. If there access point has some issue they do not have a immediate backup/action plan. There is no redundancy for any upcoming hardware failures.
This is how Tikona works and deals with their customers. Promises to provide a world class service but are not able provide internet service from last 40 days in my area.
Worst part is their customer service is not at all in sync, most of the times they are not in sync with the problem or do not about the exact problem or its exact resolution.
Tikona is a combination of worst service and pathetic support for their suffering customer.
In the end when after so many days of their failed restoration of services and my falling hope, I decided to terminate their services, there officers do not have guts to talk with the customer and have kept this very simple request in pending state too.
Guys never think of trying their services as this is a never ending trap. Their service is a black hole which is tried and tested by every complaining customer.
