I was looking for a decent and not so expensive fast broadband in Surat. After a lot of internet research that had some bad feedback about Tikona, I finally decided to give it a try. I got the connection activated 2 days back. The person from sales Mr. Jai and the person who came for installation Mr. Dileep were very nice and very helpful.
Installation including wifi router configuration was a breeze. Its only been two days, but I am happy with the speed that I am getting. I sometimes see packet loss of 25% in ping test, but as long as my connection is stable, I really dont worry about that.
Let me use this connection for some more time and I will add on to my review with my experience.
