If it’s possible then I will give 0 rating to them. Believe me tikona WiBro is most annoying internet provider. I used this services on the month of December, 15 to april, 16. I faced very bad experience. They are like fraud. speed was very low, I faced several issues, I had to make call everytime to thier customer care number and reporting my complaints about speed or connection. Thier customer care services is very poor, they never pickup instantly, unnecessary call holding everytime. They cheated with me during march, 2016 I stopped to operate thier services and ensure them. They called me and request me to use services for one month for free of cost just to check up, and they promised me I will not disappoint anymore with thier speed or connection issues. Then I continued to use thier services and after hardly 20 days I recieved bill on my registered mobile number of 350. Suddenly I called and inform them. They said we can’t see any discount for you, you have to pay for the services. I irritated and start abusing them. From then I totally stopped using thier connection. Now in 7th march 2017, they send me a legal msg and warned me to pay 1954 rs. I was really scared I informed to my mom about this. My mom advice me to pay them and end this chapter here as she don’t want any legal issues. So I had to paid . Its my duty to acknowledge you all please please don’t use thier services, they are big cheaters. You can comment to me about thier services and I will like to give you feedback.
