Tikona network is of 2nd class

I have used tikona network for almost one year but then we have changed it because of bad services and network. They have charged for three months in the beginning, they commits for 512 kbps speed after the expire of the plan but the speed is very slow and often it is very difficult to open a page even.


As right now I am using Airtel broadband so I know theirs comes some technical problems with very broadband but my experience with Tikona was that its faces lots of technical problems.


And their customer care services is not good, sometimes their toll free no. is not connected. And my worst experience with Tikona is that when its come to close my tikona broadband, I called for their customer care, to close my account but they have not did, it for 2 months.


When I used to call them for closing account, I can understand if they were trying to convince me but when they I have not convinced by them and repeatedly saying to close my account they used to end my call.


My experience with tikona was very bad, And I used to say to new customers is that If you dont have any other Wifi network of other broadband, then only go with Tikona
