I was user of Tikona since last 1.5 Year, I had 2 Mbps 700/- plan in which I was getting 2 Mbps Speed till 25 Gb after that up to 512 kbps Speed.

With First phase I was getting speed between 1.7 to 1.9~2 Mbps which is quit okay for me and I can play Youtube video without any buffing time. I was getting 150~215 Kpbs downloading speed and up to 512 Kpbs uploading speed.
But this all thing become nightmare when it went to it’s limit which is 25 GB, I have to wait so long to load FB, sometimes Google also not get load instantly.
watching You tube become dream in this situation.
I have 2 more guys in my flat we three are using it through Wifi Router so my 25 Gb limit got exhausted after 10 - 12 day’s.
after that I have to suffered a lot.
Actually I shifted my location so in new location I faced to much connectivity issue, even in First Phase I faced so much issue like connectivity lost with every 20 - 30 minutes interval then I have to restart my wifi router and wait for connectivity.
About service from Tikona is okay, I mean they do response on your Complaints, also they provide some waive off is your compalits are not get resolved on Time
