I am a Tikona wifi user customer using a plan of Rs.786/- Monthly unlimited plan with USER ID:1105911994
With a deep dis-satisfactory using Tikona wifi I am writing this email to notify you that I am facing a speed issue with the wifi since last 2 months and due to the same my work related terms are left pending each day.
This is very disgusting to say about Tikona it has always performed as a problem server net service. I have made my decision of throwing out tikona out of my place if this issue is not resolved ASAP.
I will also share the review against tikona on most of the social sites and most of the corporate officials of Tikona in my touch. Kindly don’t let me escalate this issue to the CEO.
