Worst ever broadband connection i ever had !!

Guys, this is a very genuine experience I am sharing here . If you are planning to take a broadband connection, never ever even think of Tikona .  I never had such a bad experience in my life, than dealing with these guys . I still believes that the decision to choose Tikona connection was the biggest blunder of my life .


This is what that happened . My broadband connection was not working for months and I gave 5 complaints .

Buy they never bothered to respond back to any of them, instead they simply closed all the complaints from back-end with out even asking me.  The only call I used to get from them is for making the payment . And since my connection was not working I made it very clear to them that until and unless the issue is resolved I wont make the payment . And after that also they didn’t bother to fix the issue . At the end of the 2nd month, I got a threatening call telling that if I don’t make the payment they will send some rowdies and spoil my property . Can you believe this? But still I decided not to make the payment, because why should I pay for something which I am not able to use  . Finally I got a call from Delhi court telling that Tikona has filed a court complaint against me for not paying the bill . Just because I don’t want to run into any issues, I decided to make the payment .


If you guys still don’t believe this, please call the customer care and check on the complaint nos I mentioned above . I am sharing this because I don’t want anyone else to be cheated by Tikona.
