Opting for tikona after reading few reviews was a big mistake, they are big time liars. I never get the promised speed except late night usage.firstly I never got the connection on time.
I had to call up the customer care 3 times and only then did sumone came to install the connection & even then I did not get waht I had requested for. I had requested for a wifi but till date(its been 3 weeks) I haven’t heard anything from these guys. to top it all, as I already mentioned.
The speed sucks I have opted for a 2 mbps plan but I am not sure if I am even given a speed of 256 kbpss!
