TIKONA is the most shittiest and useless internet service provider in India, their service is pathetic almost to an extent where you start to wonder whether tikona just wanted your money or what?.the connection is not stable AT ALL and sometimes the connection goes off for 12 hrs and more. if you call customer care it doesn’t connect and if you are lucky enough to talk to a representative be prepared to listen to vague responses such as sir/madam we will send our engineer to look into it and a pile of other horseshit
TIKONA JUST WANTS YOUR MONEY.THEY ARE NOT INTERESTED IN GIVING GOOD SERVICE.TIKONA HAS NOW ESTABLISHED ITSELF IN THE MARKET!.THEY NO LONGER CARE ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS.
