Curious case of Tikona ...no services only bills.

Let me tell you all that I am writing this review using Tata Photon internet service, but you would be interested to know that I am paying for two internet connections. One is Tata Photon and the other is Tikona Digital.


I am paying for Tikona, not because I am a fan of the company but I am a victim of Tikona’s really really bad(i am not finding words to describe the degree of -ve ness) customer service.


I had subscibed to Tikona connection in July’14 and had really very very good speed for a few months, may be three to four months and I was so happy that I started recommending the service to my friends and colleagues. Bad times.


But after some time the trouble started and I started having speed issues. I kept on calling and complianing to the customer care about the issue, but nothing happened for more than a month. Suddenly a Tikona technician shows up and checks the connection and say that speed is not going to improve and its better that you surrender the connection.(even he cursed your connection and your company.I am feeling so sad for Tikona and its employees). Worse times.


Now I started calling the Tikona call center and placing requests for terminating the connection and to save me from the misery of having a almost zero speed internet connection. But the customer service.I dont know why never terminated the connection. I used to call so frequently that I even remember the name of the customer service supervisor(Fuzai Shaik).


Well I kept on requesting, my requests turned into frustrated yelling which fell into deaf ears and the bills kept on coming.


I stopped paying the bills as I was not using the connection. Time for hell now.


Yesterday my phone rang continuously while I was in a meeting and I could not ingore it and had to receive. That call stated that your company had sent me a legal notice for not paying the bills and inorder to prevent the matters from getting worse I had to forcibly pay the bill.


What a shame for me and a matter of pride for Tikona and Tikona employess that I had to pay the bill for the services that I did not use.


Through this review all I want to say to Tikona is to please collect your instrument and other contraptions lying useless at my home and stop generating bill against my name for a connection that I am not using.
