We all know Tikona is one of the best Isp in India. Their Internet data plans attracts everyone because they are so cheap or should I say best for the value of money. I am using a 2 mbps plan for last 2 years at Rs 1000 which is a 80 gb( 2 mbps) after that 512 kbps.
But when you facing a trouble of internet issue their customers care services is good but their customers care officers don’t know anything to how to resolve the issue everytime you call them they have only one answer your connection has been testing put a direct lan cable to your system remove wifi modem use direct bla bla bla. If your issue still not resolve they say give us a 24 hours we solve your problem but it won’t solve until you shouted them and ask to provide a engineer visit to your home.
But they are at least listening to their customers not like Bsnl/ Mtnl which are pathetic Isp in India
