I am so fedup with this Tikona wibro, they are the worst in market. I raised a disconnection request on 12 june, 2015, ( request number -1-3522042290), as I am going outside India. Their customer care is fraud . I wasted almost 30 rs from my main balance of phone just to catch hold of some customer care guy. but to my surprise they did not even picked phone on paid customer care number forget about their so called toll free( should be named as lol free).
I Still remember when its turn to buy connection some guy jumped to my home in 15 minutes as if I have flight to catch next day.
But when it comes to a genuine disconnection request they are pathetic to core.
I am anyways flying out of India, so now I won’t make any payments further, thats best way to tackle them.
