When I took connection on 25th jan last few days I am consistently facing connectivity issue even my login page is not opening. I raised request against my connection was down previously, tikona executive came to my home, I told him change my device which is on my terrace because there are two tikona device on my terrace.
Still he did some kind of setting and told me everything is fine after that my net was working only for one day and again I am facing same issues. I called to technical team of tikona every time when call to tikona technical care, all executive giving same kind of solutions like Switch of your connection, remove lan cable etc.
from last few days My connection not working, technical care executive told me he raised request technical guy will come to you your home again but nobody came already some days passed and my connection still not working. Today I called again to cust care executive told that technical guy already assigned to you and you can call him and confirm he is coming or not. What is this? After I took connection this is 10-12 time my connection is down and every times I called support team still issues is not fixed yet. This really bad service providing by tikona and your executive. Fix my issues immediately and on permanent basis or disconnect my connection and refund my all money
