I was using tikona broadband for almost 2 years since ACT was not servicing in my area.
The pathetic speed was so slow that you will get irritated to surf the internet.
They used to charge 799 per month plus taxes for a 4mbps connection. But actually you will never get that speed.
Whenever you complain to customer care, they would send a automated sms that they are looking into the issue and after 1 or 2 days they would send issue is resolved sms without even resolving your speed issue.
The major problem comes when you plan to disconnect the connection. They would start sending emails with fake bills and ask you to pay.
Really the worst ISP I have ever seen.
