Myself has taken Tikona Broadband connection for home purpose with three months subscription for which I have paid in advance with installation charges. During period of three months the connection was failed so many times and every time calling to Tikona service is rejoin of the connection where the response of the service support is slow.
After completion of the subscription; myself has asked for non continuous of connection and removal of the connections. Till Tikona send me the bill of Rs. 1500 for next three month. When I regret to pay for the same; Tikona customer support told me for legal action.
After some day I have been called by some Advocate from Delhi and ask to pay for the bill so that they will not take any action. When I talk to customer care for the same they told that they will arrange some discount on the same and send me mail for payment of Rs. 1150 so that the connection can be disconnect.
I recommend all who are using the Tikona broadband connection and who are thinking for the new connection...think 10 times to avoid Harassment.
