I want to have Tikona broadband connection at my residence in RK Puram. I submitted request for them online price but no 1 from Tikona contacted me to discuss about this. As per their website if someone submits request to have Tikona broadband connection they would contact the customer, but in my case nobody called me in.
One of my friend from Rohini referred me to them so they were supposed to call me in but still nobody took pain to have a potential customer.
Then, I called in Tikona customer care and told them that I submit a request 3 times and even one of my friend has referred me to you. The customer care agent told me that I need not to worry about since someone from the sales department will come to me to get it installed but nobody calling and even nobody visited me at my residence. That seems they do not want any more customers. Now I have avoided an idea to have Tikona connection.
