I had taken up Tikona (Velachery, Chennai) about 6 months back and I will lose my connectivity daily in the morning from 7am-12PM daily I raised several complaints and but ended in vain.
They couldn’t solve the problem and once I reset my router and asked for the settings again they raised separate case which a simple bridge mode settings they are unable to provide it and speaking in the name of technical support.
At last I decided to cancel the connection even for that the team raised another case and they couldn’t do that as speaking in the name of customer support/technical support. I even gave them a last chance to configure my router they asked me wait for 72hrs for a call back.
My kind advice: Don’t waste your time and money by buying Tikona.
