I have subscribed to tikona broadband service in august 2014, and I feel cheated as its service and speed is so worst I never ever experienced in past. Their visiting and contact people believes in one time sale with three months advance rental that is only their business, after that without giving you service they will demand rental as you will find no contact person except sales people toll free no.
You will find no contact person at their website, no phone number, TRAI and ECONOMIC OFFENCE WING OF POLICE CAN LOOK INTO THE MASS AND NATIONAL LEVEL OF CHEATING.
I want to discontinue my subscription in only 20 days and I found none to care my request. Beware of Tikona Broadband Service in Delhi.
