Cheating by TIKONA

I am really annoyed to write this about TIKONA. I took TIKONA Broadband connection with lot of excitement but I was disappointed very soon.


I wrote following mail on 2nd Nov’14:


"Dear Sir,


I took Tikona Broadband connection on 23rd Oct’14 by depositing Rs 2360/-. My user ID is 1111412993.


I am facing following problem with the connection:

  1. The internet goes down whenever there is longer power cut in my locality.

  2. Even when The power is there, I am not able to connect to internet. The screen shot taken just now of the error is attached.

  3. Most of the time I am not able to connect on my android phone as  my phone responds "network speed is slow".

  4. I opted for 20 GB plan but the speed has been brought to 512 kbps after I consumed 10 Gb data.

When I contacted your call center, I was told that your billing cycle is from 7th of every month and you calculate consumption on pro rata basis . You would credit proportionate amount in my bill.


I am not satisfied with the performance of the broadband connection and request you to refund my balance amount.


This mail is being sent using my other Airtel connection. Kindly refund my balance amount." But to disconnect connection they took 3 months and kept sending me bills. Now I have received Legal NOTICE to pay Rs 1183/= for 2 months during with the modem was not used.!


They are out to cheat customers!
