I have taken tikona broadband 5 months back, paid installation and 2 months advance.And faced lot of connection issues, they took 2 or 3 days to solve the problem again you will face the problem in next 2 days or same night.
The horrible thing is you cant even pay your bill online being a tikona customer, when you tikona people fail to provide a service to pay bill online whats the use of ISP? How can you claim your self to be an ISP? If we complain about some issue we need to stay home, but still they don’t show up. They only come to collect money they will chase us like any thing, for money they will even come at night, then why the hell they are not coming to serve customers when ever customer is available?.
Government has to look into this and need to cancel these kinds of things permissions. My sincere advise to you, dear friends never go for these kind of networks. Its better to go for airtel, bsnl vodafone, tata data cards but that too not prepaid.
