Pls don’t go for this internet provider, Speed is very bad, BSNL is better than this.
When you ask for disconnect the internet, they will not do it for months, keep on charging bill, calls and threaten you to pay the bill. Cut your call when you call and ask to disconnect the service.
I have already filed a FIR and consumer court complain, even company CEO doesn’t care to reply to mails. Your life will become nightmare if you go for this.
Just google TIkona care consumer court complain and you will find out many such a Complain.
