Tikona the frauds

I have taken the tikona connection on last July and was working fine for first 6 months. For the next next 6 months I have pain around Rs.4000 and working fine for 2 months, then problems started. March 2013 on wards I was not able to access the internet because of technical issue, whenever I called up their customer care they will put the call on hold for at least 15 mins.


Even though they were not agreeing their side faults and saying like there was no issue from their side and I have to fight them and finally they were agreeing to send a person to my place. He came and did some patch work and work only for few hours after that no response from Tikona.


So after 10-14 days decided to close the account and get back my money(around 1500) but they were not agreeing to close the connection and forcefully registered a complaint for cancellation that happened on April first week. But they were trying to fool me next one month and initially replied like within 72 hours conn will be closed but not happened at all. After that they send a mail like will close the conn only they found any issue that too after 10 days remote checking. Then after few days they informed me it will take 45 days.


Also their employees are all frauds. Once they put my call on hold for 45mins. One Tikona manager informed his emp id as 1576 and next time onward I can directly talk to him through toll free no but next time the guy attended the call informed me there is not such employee in their organization and emp id is also not existing.
