I have taken this connection on 28th june2013. I paid 2600 for 4mb unlimited plan. From day one, net was not working. Called every day. No response. Fed up and asked them to cancel it 13th july. Still this day, connection is not disconnected. Send me bill for it saying 3200 out of which I had paid 3100 initially. Today one guy called saying I need to pay 100 more. Bill generated by them contained July 15- Aug 15th bill which is two weeks from now.
I have mailed and called for modem collection. No one came. I have my mails and request details. Hoping to take action on them as my uncle is lawyer. Got my money and treating customer like anything.
