Want to end peace of life , get Tikona

When I read Tikona reviews online, the negetives  I thought it was overhyped . Nope I experienced. Here is my story.


I was using BSNL broadband connection from past 7 yeras. I recently shifetd my home, So did not want to wait for long time till BSNL gets shifted. So I cancelled old connection an applied for Tikona connection.


I got a call at 9 AM from Tikona and same day by 3pm connection was done.


They took 3 months charges in advance.


First 3 days was honeymoon period  Face first complete unavailibility on weekend.


Called customer support. Got connected after waiting for 10 mins . Issue resolved in 3~4 hours.


Till the next weekend speed was pathetic, and ferquent disconnections in between.and again on the friday night Internet was gone. Called customer support.


This weekend drama went on for one and half month.


2nd Month as per the Tikons person and the call center guy I was not suopposed to get the bill, But guess what I got 750/- bill(My plan was 900+tax)


3rd Month ie Aug 27th I raised request for disconnection. Again raised it on Sept 2nd 2015, Then god knows how many requests I raised. Finally it got the connection disconnected and device removed from my premise by Oct End. That too after calling and shouting.


They tried to retain me. I applied for new bsnl connection on Sept 2 nd or 3rd and got it on  13th Sept.


from then I never used trikona.


still I got bill for sept and now again for oct as well.


These ppl does not have any business ethics.


I just stopped 2 people in office from getting tikona connection. I wouldnt even suggest it to my worst of the enemies.


Tikona doesnt deserve to run business.


Tikona doesnt deserve customers.


Tikona doesnt deserve to survive.


Just trying to save your percious wealth and health(ur BP is definately going up after getting this.)
