One of the worst service I have ever experienced in my whole life. Tikona is not internet provider, they are patience checker and frustration handler service. I request each and everyone who are atleast 1% willing to take up the connection. Never ever go for Tikona. There will be numerous disconnections every day and they never resolve it on their own. If you call customer care the call will be directed to automated message and never goes to technical person. If you are lucky enough, technical person will take the complaint, issue will be resolved in 8-10 hours. Hold on! this will be your routine. I am not enemy or competitor of Tikona, but this is honest review as a customer.
