From 18th my internet is not working . same day I have booked complain. After that each day I am making 2 to 3 call to arrange engineer at my door step.
Each time same answer, We have appoint engineer Mr. Rahul chobe & he will come today at your door step . I collected number of mr. Rahul Chobe form them customer service & called them 3 to 4 time. He is decline to come, as he didn’t got my complain.
What shall I do? till what I have to wait for new engineer? I felt very bad service. I do not suggest anybody to go with tikona.
