If you live in Kharadi, Pune area and are contemplating taking Tikona connection as a wi fi solution for yourself, I urge, please desist! This is the worst after sales service I have seen and the 66% poor rating on the website will prove that I am not the only disgruntled sole.
When you want to take a new connection, surprisingly all your phone calls would be answered promptly, and the sales representative will call you as early as 8 o’ clock in the morning to install. However, if, by any chance you need after sales service then God be with you, because for sure, Tikona won’t be. The minimum wait time on the phone can be as long as 5 minutes.that’s a minimum and if you are lucky to get through, a coarse, unprofessional voice with rickety communication skill may answer your call.
Let’s hope you manage to ignore that and then put forward your service request. After that? Again God be with you, because Tikona won’t be. Your phone call may not be returned before 5 days and under no circumstances, I feel, if you are an avid wi-fi, internet user, can a person wait for 5 days to have a troubleshooting effort initiated. By the way, if you think that the sales guy who woke you up as early as 8 o’ clock in the morning will help you, you are day-dreaming! If you call him, he will give you hope- hope that is renewable each day.
Because you will have to call him every day asking if he can help and each day he will say he is in a different area than yours. Or, worse even, he will come up with the concocted story that he will come that evening! He never will! No one ever will and that’evening’ when you would rush from office to home hoping someone will help you from Tikona, will never come.
