I have a Broadband connection ID 1106204532 from TIKONA.
Ever since this BB connection was installed, I have not been getting the Internet connection. I have tried calling Tikonas Toll Free Support Center - both Technical Support and New Installation Support. The IVR rejects my ID as INVALID. I have tried calling several people and am completely fed up of their pathetic service.
I have sent e-mails to their Customer Care and also their Karnataka Nodal Office explaining this and also asking them to cancel the connection and to refund the amount paid to them in total without prejudice to my right to proceed against them legally for other incidental damages. I have no response from them besides several reminders.
I am now surprised to get a Bill from them for last month.
