After hearing reviews of tikona I thought of using it. I took the connection on 30th sep 2015(speed 10 Mbps there so called new plan). On the very first day when I did the speed test it showed me 2 to 3 Mbps:@. Nextday morning I saw the speed it was 10 Mbps.wow. But soon after that I wasnt able to connect to their ip address itself. Every time it gave me err_connection_time_out err. Ok.still. I did not react. I called the gentleman who installed my connection. Response by him - sorry mam, I cant do anything.

This is the same person who came to me almost everyday untill I took the connection.  And now he reacted this way. I called the customer care. The worsttttttttt ever customer care in world never seen. From morning me and my husband were calling them but there patent response was-’our customer care executive is busy on another call’.  How is this possible? We were trying from morning 11 untill 4 pm. How could customer care be so busy? My god. Are they attending so many complaint.  They might be.because of their pathetic service.  I personally feel they should stop their services if they cannot take care of their customers.

At last the gentleman who installed felt pity on us and sent a man to check the installation. They did something and the connection was on. As soon as they went it was off.we called them back.and they said call customer care they will send engg. I dont believe what they really want from us. And whom to approach in this case. Will never recommend tikona to anyone.not even 1 star from me.
