I am writing this review not in good mood as I was suffered a lot because this ISP people
Firstly they have shown the demo installing a box on top of my terrace and showed me that I will get 4 Mbps speed which is good as I have the servers nearby . So I have paid some amount as deposit and got the connection
But friends start from the beginning I keep on experiencing very bad experience as the speed is only 256 kbps when I complain some one name Service Engineer will come and say Sir I have fixed the issue, then it will work for a day then the problem will start
I have raised n number of complaints, then planned to disconnect
But till now am getting calls that I have pay something to them
Why should I pay for the connection which never worked
Service:
You will never get good service
Support center people will not behave politely
I will not recommend this product to others
