Worst of the worst Service Provider

They are a group of liars & cheaters. I’ll go to the consumer forum. I never ever come across this type of fraud company. They are running a scam in the name of ISP. The worst & very poor service provider. They are shameless morons, whatever you say to them doesn’t affect them, and they will continue the fraud. I discontinued my service more than 1.5 months back, and they collected the routers from my home within a day(after I close my account), and they told me that they will return my 2500 hundred security money in the next 3- 4 working days. It has been more than 1.5 months, but they are not refunding my security money, which they took at the time of the new connection. I’m not able to call/ chat with them, because there is no option available to call them, their customer care is IVR, and they automatically disconnect the call after the 1-2 options. Their local service provider is also a liar, he lies all the time that the money will refund in the next 1-2 days, and now for the last 12-15 days, he is also not picking up or replying to calls & chats. I’ll definitely register a complaint in the consumer forum.
