A mismanaged rich company. Lots of bloodsuckers r there. Management always exploit engineers. They hire them at fresher level and instead of giving moral & technical support they force them to do cheap level work.
Then it goes on & on as the person gets older. Old employees don’t get respect here they are forced to give resignation.
