I’ve been in Time, well just got to know these reviews through my colleagues my say on this is that most of us or all of us have been working here and this so called reviews are highly condemnable, reason we’ve been working here, we all have been religiously taking our salaries for the work done and that too which have been agreed upon. never has the company unnecessarily deducted any part of the emoluments.
Taking names of the management cadre is just nonsense. They are there because of their caliber that’s why the management thought if fit to recruit them in that place.
End of the day its just that either you/we/I perform or perish, simple. frustrations are there every where, problems could be there between the employee and the employer, but that does not mean you tarnish the company’s name in a forum like this or as a matter of fact anywhere.
Where is the loyalty factor. boss you guys/we have had your/our say and if its not projected to the top management in a right spirit its not the company’s fault. and finally if an employee is not happy then bloody quit, but speak out to the top management about what you feel is right or wrong if the middle order management does not project your contributions in the right perspective, justify your stand. what has been posted here is just like the respect of the family coming on the streets. Sorry must have hurt you all about my views. but its my views.
