I had insured my handset in this company. On damage of my screen, I had to send my handset to Delhi from Kolkata. After sending, I used to get hundreds of false commitment all day. The employees are very rude and do not know how to talk to their customers. After 3 months, I received a replaced handset with many more other issues due to which I had to get it repaired and pay for the same that took more than 3 weeks. The people of the company do not have time to talk to or guide their customers with some suggestion or solution. The CEO of the company is also lease bothered to take any step after so many issues even after continuous mails to the CEO too. Pathetic, unprofessional, and unhealthy services from the company.
