This review is regarding my claim no. 1856-3244 towards my macbook pro screen breakage.
I purchased laptop insurance of my macbook pro from Times Global online portal mymobileinsurance.com in July 2015 for 3 year tenure. On May 25th, while attaching my macbook with its charger it slipped from my study table and screen got damaged.I called Customer care of Times Global Insurance regarding it.Just very next day a guy came and took it to Nehru place Apple service center and replaced it with a new screen.They even Did not ask how it happened and where etc. Felt amazed.excellent service, saved my 42000 bugs. Thank You Times Global Team for your wonderfull support.
