Hi This is Sivananthan from chennai, I want to write about Times of india. They are going to launch Times - chennai edition from 14th April and had given advertisement. I called up the number given in their ad and booked for my copy on 15th march and subscribed for 1 year . Their executives took my contact details and promised to revert back within one week time. But till date I havent recieved any calls from times group and iam really not happy with this kind of response from such a reputed media group I had called their contact no - 24317979 today (12th apr 2008) and they told me that my name would be included in the next round of subscription, they Dont know to honour their promise.
I never expected this kind of customer service from Times of India group. They should know the value of a customer and I think that they are just paying lip service to customer service. There should have been atleast an intimation from their side stating that my name would be included in next round of subscription, Times group never bothered to do that and only when I called they are telling me that it will get delayed Let me see what they do after reading my review. Iam sure that nothing will happen
I think that everyone is facing the same problem and I could see that in various blogs
