TIMESJOBS PORTAL PAID SERVICE SUCKS

My name is Narayan and Iam heading a consulting firm called  EPRO in Bangalore, and subscribed for times jobs. we were very reluctant  to go for the portal but we thought this could be useful for our entry level openings where the bulk is there.  We also had to deliver to our clients and the pressure was more to go for the portal.


Our First problem is that the quality of resumes  is poor, their search engine will throw hundreds of irrelevant resumes  once you give a search.


Since there are hundreds of resumes that  gets listed you will not have the time to search and download the  correct resumes, and the only option will be to go for mass mailing.  This feature worked for some time, here also we faced lot of of  problems. You cannot compare to Naukri, they have be best user  interface.....timesjobs is really pathetic in this regard.....


If  you succeed from here then you can send mass email to about 6 - 7 pages  and the drama starts. You will be prompted with a funny cryptic word,  they call it security validation page, I dont understand why??? even  they say it is for safety. once you enter that password you may be happy  to send mails to another 5 pages and again the validation page erupts,  and from here you are bound to get these validation pages randomly from 1  page to 3 or 4 pages.


In today’s fast paced life who has the patience to enter passwords for every mail you send ????


Most  beautiful problem that you are sure to encounter is that the entire  portal is slow, they have oversold and there is no bandwidth.... you are  dead once you realize this because you will not be able to use the  portal at all :-). We use monster and naukri and manage. The thought of  times jobs and its slow response...it really sucks man. The only time we  felt the speed is better is during night past 11pm, you will  have to  work night shift entering validation passwords to use this portal.....  thats the hard reality ???


We have paid two instalments 17k and  10 k, and we had subscribed for 1 year. We have used for 2 months and we  want to stop their payment. Loss of 27K is better than 1Lac.

FINALLY  THE INDIAN WAY OF HANDLING customtakeoutERS, WE DONT CARE !!! THATS OUR  customtakeoutER CARE POLICY, WE HAVE BEEN SENDING MAILS AND CALLING THEM SINCE  ONE MONTH AND THERE IS NO SOLUTION TO OUR CONCERNS........
