Money minded approach and poor attitude

I used to be contacted by Timesjob executives several times and one day thought of giving a try. The executive said there are jobs for my profile and my profile would be forwarded after a purchasing a paid service. I agreed and was assisted by him, while I was doing the process online. The MOMENT I finished the payment process, the executive handed over the call to another executive without pausing a second for a word(forget about thanks). And the handing over of my call was to drag/trap me into purchasing the next package. And they keep saying one after the other like, profile not efficient, social profile update, and many such things to suck the money. And I didn’t get any benefit out of the purchased package. I raised a complaint on timesjob.com site with the employee code of the execute, but there has been not even a reply either by mail or call. And the worst, new executives keep calling for similar traps and they seems to have no idea about my previous package purchase or my profile. They are again only interested in making me purchase another package. When I tell them all about it including the complaint not answered, they are not even uttering a word about it and still trying to convince me. And once they know we will not be convinced, the cut the call abruptly. Also I noticed they don’t always call from the place where they say they are calling from. For example, one day I received a call and the call manager software in my phone said it is from Bihar. When I asked him where are you calling from, he said he is calling from Bangalore and as I said I know you are calling from Bihar, he dropped the call without saying anything.

Conclusion: I just want people to be aware of such happenings and be careful when receiving calls or mails with such offers.
