Not good for fresher and bottom level management but might be good for Middle Level management job.
It is not a great job portal in India and it does not help job seeker at all. You can make your profile on this site but most of the time you will not get proper result. As far as response is concern, it is not satisfactory at all but their representative always emphasis on paid membership programme. With the help of mail and phone representative of this company approaches to job seeker. In regular intervals they organize interview for job seeker but most of the time it is not as per your profile.
If you want to be paid member of this website, then you can do it. If you are a paid member then you can get some better options as well.
