This is the worst site I have ever shopped. I never had this much frustrated shopping experience online ever. I did mistake by buying from here. Expected date of delivery is 10-20 days and I requested for urgent delivery and they have not yet sent 16 days passed. No one is ready to listen anything and customer care is worst they just know this is the time we can’t help.

I have purchased one Canon lens and the details are below. This is my first purchase from Timtara.com and I am surprised to see the expected delivery time to be 10-20 days. Generally for other business sites( ebay & letsbuy) it doesn’t take more than 7 days and they tend to deliver earlier than stipulated time.
Here I request you to either make the delivery as soon as possible or kindly let me know the process of cancellation as it is too long to wait for the lens.
