Timtara is a cheat.

I ordered a Sony xperia mobile phone and deo worth Rs. ~ 16000, from timtara.com

Here is the summary:

Payment Reference No 1340339235830

Transaction Id : 10125749

Order No.10284502 and 10284504

Order Date: 07th Jul 2012 12:35 pm

But till now the status is awaiting shipment. I raised a ticket

Ticket No :32860

But they didn’t reply to it.

It is going to be a month now neither I got the product nor the refund, what should I do now ?
