Ordered HTC mobile (YBH1561484) on 7-May. When ordered they said It’ll be shipped in 7 days. But after 7 days, they did not ship it so called customer support and lodge complaint (CC12051043665 ) with them.
They responded properly and now issue resolved, order has been dispatched ( AYB- C1000015155516BB) . Thanks to Lokesh from timtara team for great support.
