Poorest delivery time

I ordered a 1 x Panasonic Cordless Phone KX TG-3615BXS on 17-feb-2012. and they haven’t delivered till 25-mar-2012 & the delivery time was 10-15 days. they just want to eat up the money. Please I request you not to do purchasing with timtara.com


& if I want to contact them they never reply to the provided customer care no. 03340166500. I haven’t seen such a poor service till today.


& they even tried to make fool of me they told me they have dispatched the order on 17-mar-2012, when I asked then to provide the tracking id of courier service they failed to provide that, then I asked name the courier service from which you sent it, they failed to provide that also.
