I too placed a Order No. YBH139953. I was also cheated in similar manner as told in earlier review by somebody.I ordered 3 articles on Timtara.com (Order No. YBH1452022) & I used a Promo Code in this Order. I asked about this from their executive before finalising my order& he told me that this is a super saver offer under which if a customer purchases a article at full price then he/she gets discount on Puma articles.The order was verified & dispatched by them.
I returned the Perfume within 1 week back to them.They have a policy that after updation of the return article They process the refund within 96 hrs but in my case they took 10 days. Their was a delay in generation of GV which was issued today by the help of their executive in half an hour
