Order and wait for months

I have ordered a Samsung note mobile from timtara.com order no.10301690 date 04/08/2012 promised to deliver within week but still order status is showing as awaiting shipment.


Its almost 3 weeks but they have not deliver the product nor they reply on phone or e-mail.
