Whenever you are doing any online shopping never do the following mistakes :
- Do not pay by netbanking, always use credit card for online transaction.
Reason :
In case the online seller violets or does not deliver the product, you will not be able to recover the money. Filing law suite will be futile and your bank will also not help you to recover the money.
Solution :
Always purchase using credit card. Credit card is not as bad as the world suggests. Your payment is secured by 3 months from the time of payment. You can claim a fraud anytime within these 3 months and 99% times your credit card company has to pay you back in case YOu are genuine. Also your credit card company gives you a credit period of 45 odd days and there is no reason that you will not get the delivery of your order within that period.
- Do not wait for x number of days for delivery of your products.
I read on this website that people have waited more than 2 months before claiming that they have been created.
Do not wait this long for product delivery. Do not buy from e-commerce websites that give you more that 15 days of waiting period. I run an express courier and logistic company myself. According to my experience any delivery of product cannot take more than 15 days to get delivered in any part of India.
