Wanted to share my resolution with fraud timtara.com. As you all are aware, these guys are a big fraud and I am also a victim of the same. I purchased a samsung galaxy tab 2 on 26th aug, ans same neither delivery nor cancellation. But I have found a resolution, I detailed my complaint and forwarded it to a few people.

Icici Bank came to my rescue, they gave me a call, requested for a written signed complaint and have assured me of a refund within 15 days. All of you who have faced the same problem and used their Credit Card for purchase, I request you to please notify their banks, as bankers help. And they have assured to investigate the same. Also if they get a huge no. Of complaints , they will definitely block the merchant and bring down the Website. May be we can help other innocent people by this act. Also I have registered a FIR in local police station, along with submitting a copy of the same to CBI Crime cell at CGO Compels Delhi; in person.
