Complaint against timtara.com

I placed an order online for BRAUN Epilator Series 3-3170( Series 3-3170) on 10 December 2011.The delivery time has told 8-10 working days.I talked more then 25 times with customer care but I am not satisfied to their response. The customer care executives of timtara.com are not ready to reply me. Their response is too bad.When I called to their executive, he said "sorry this is wrong no." and cut the call.I have sent more then 10 e-mail but still they are postponed my order.I am still waiting for my product.


This is sort of harassment , they will not shipped it, as they got the amount prior..Pls register fraudulent and cheating case against the TIMTARA.COM. They never informed me over this delayed item , I have to follow up.All supporting documents for further consideration.
