I am from mumbai, i ordered Samsung galaxy ace s5830 mobile phone from timtara.com on 15 mar 2012 . My order no. Was 10215816 .
Till today, I could not receive my product which i have ordered. The story was that they told that they shipped the product and courier company send it back to them by saying that the address was incomplete/ wrong. Ok, then as per their directives i send a mail to customer care by writing my same elaborated address with 02 in no. Phone numbers. They send a confirmation mail to next day by saying that your address with timtara is updated.
Now, I keep calling their customer care representatives that where my product or what is the status of my order. They always telling that sir please wait your product will be delivered soon.
Guys please be aware of this website. My worst online shopping experience on this site.
